Welcome to Shartreuse the blog. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sharleen. I am a web designer with a passion for color and texture. Web design allows me to get my color fix, but when it comes to texture I turn to fabric and yarn. I enjoy sewing, knitting, crochet and embroidery. Shar•treuse is the name of my business and if you haven’t figured it out yet is a play off my first name.
I started Shartreuse the blog so I could share some of my “creative inspirations” as I call them as well as those of some of my very talented friends. I love reading blogs and have been privately blogging about my life and family for almost a year now. Some of my favorite blogs are those that have a purpose and stick to it. So my promise to you is to try to provide you with a beautiful, informative blog on creative matters and not bore you with pictures of my vacation or stories about my cats!
